In this exciting position, you'll be at the forefront of medical device development. You'll partner with our team to translate brilliant concepts into technical blueprints, helping bring new product lines to life and improve existing ones.

- Concept to Cure Champion: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to transform raw ideas into detailed designs, paving the way for groundbreaking medical devices.
- Mastermind of Prototypes: Bring your designs to life! Build and test prototypes to ensure they meet strict customer specifications, budget constraints, and deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement Crusader: Become a champion for ongoing innovation. Identify areas to refine both product design and manufacturing methods, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with Production to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and optimize product manufacturability.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, ensuring crystal-clear instructions for every component and assembly.
- Partner with the Director of Engineering to create competitive pricing strategies for our medical devices.
